Statement of Practice

My artistic work focuses on psychic manifestation. I mainly use the human figure to express the outcome of inner processes. I create by various compositions and poetic forms.

When I explore the relation between the inner and outer realm, I tend to deeply engage to a conversation with the unknown. Thus, my unexplored self becomes the focus of my observation. A better understand of myself and the world around me begins to shape.

For me, the creation of each work is a moment of meditation that starts from chaos and ends to an ordered whole. It is an ongoing process.

The work itself changes dramatically during the process. It’s influenced by emotions, thoughts, memories, and external events too. Once the moment of meditation (the process) is complete, the work stands as a statement of this journey. Therefore, by entering to my creative “space”, I often need to allow the mind to wander into the depths of the unconscious.
